Wet locations in the evergreen forests of Africa (Eastern Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana)

Color and Characteristics:

Color from light brown to redish brown, beautiful wavy grain. In contrast to the plain "straight grain", the texture of figured Mohagany is "flamed" or "figured" due to an irregular, short-waved fiber pattern. 

Application:

Sliced veneer for the furniture industry (bedroom furniture), but also for doors.
